Rabobank Groene Hart

A consultant has worked as a Facility Specialist at Rabobank Groene Hart Noord. This consultant was the first point of contact for the outsourced Facilities service desk. In addition, he provided support to the Facility Manager who was involved in the completion of the new Rabobank office building in Alphen aan den Rijn. Finally, he was involved in various projects such as the selection process and placement of coffee facilities, making agreements with local parties about catering facilities and concluding the cleaning contract.

A young professional has also worked as a Services Employee in the Groene Hart Noord. She provided temporary reinforcement for the ArrangeGroup Services team. The implementation of the Service Desk, authorization management and mailroom fell under her responsibility.

Rabobank Gouwestreek Gouda

Rabobank in Gouda has moved into a new multifunctional building. Here our Service Manager helped with the dismantling of the old branches (+/- 6,000m2). He was also responsible for handling the delivery lists and arranging cleaning, catering and technical suppliers. In addition, our consultant was a transition supervisor for the new Integrated Facility Management party.

Rabobank Tilburg

At Rabobank in Tilburg, our young professional as Facility Coordinator ensured the implementation of the FMIS system. All facility processes were also examined and optimized where possible.
